Is There a Contract or Can I Cancel Anytime?

There is no contract associated with your subscription, and you can cancel at anytime by simply logging in to your SVR account, going to “Security Settings” and selecting to either “Delete” or “Deactivate” your account.
Deleting your account removes your profile completely from our directory while Deactivating your account preserves the profile information, but it will no longer be displayed in search results.

What are SVR’s Accepted Payment Methods:

Currently, SVR only accepts subscription payments via PayPal. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create an account during enrollment.
If you encounter any issues paying with PayPal, please contact us by Texting (786) 471-7220 or Send A Message using our contact form. Please include your full name, address, and phone number so we can identify your account. However, If the issue is in regards to PayPal itself, please be sure to reach out to them directly.

Will SVR Share Your Personal Information?

SVR does not sell, rent or trade the email addresses or personal information of its subscribers as we respect the privacy of our members. Please review our Privacy Policy and let us know if you have any questions or concerns by emailing PrivacyOfficer@VendorRecruiter.com.

Will My Account Automatically Renew?

For your convenience, memberships automatically renew at the end of each cycle for an additional month. Your PayPal account will be billed on the last day of your membership. If a payment fails to process, additional attempts may be made.
Please note that prorated refunds will not be honored if a subscriber cancels prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I Write a Review About a Subscriber Without Becoming a Member of SVR?

No. In order to write a review for a subscriber, you must be a SVR member. Further, in order to ensure fairness, SVR does not accept anonymous reviews in order to avoid deliberate manipulation of a subscriber’s rating.

What is a Vendor?

Vendors are service providers within the private security industry such as:

  • Security guard and patrol agencies
  • Investigative agencies
  • Security equipment sales, repair and installation companies
  • Home security companies
Vendors have the ability to list their services and search Business Partner and Client profiles.

What is a Master Vendor?

In addition to searching for Business Partners and Clients, Master Vendors have full access to both list and search for other Vendors in the directory. This option is ideal for vendors who engage in services outside of their base and require the assistance of sub-contractors in different cities or states. This category is ideal for Security Guard & Patrol companies and Security Equipment Sales, Repair and Installation companies.

What is a Business Partner?

Business Partners encompass a myriad of businesses that support the security industry, including but not limited to:

  • Uniform sales and maintenance
  • Insurance companies
  • Financial institutions
  • Automobile sales and repairs
  • Management tools, such as time tracking and reporting, payroll services and guard tracking.

Who is a Client?

Simply put, Clients are comprised of any individual, small business or corporation that requires security related services. Clients are able to search Vendors, Master Vendors and Business Partners, while restricting the information that is shared on their profile.

Does Security Vendor Recruiter’s directory extend to all 50 states?

Yes, it does. The directory encompasses businesses and clients on a nationwide scale.
